Our statistic showed a download peak for our Wikitude iPhone version on Tuesday. Apple has choosen Wikitude to promote it in the category “New and Noteworthy”. The team is proud about Apple’s trust in our product. Hopefully all other countries will have the chance to download the app soon as we are still waiting for Apple’s approval.

Interesting data point in the “is Apple stifling AR development” debate. Congrats.
I have the iPhone version of wikitude installed. Unfortunately no wikitude.me or wikipedia poi’s show up in the display yet (yes, I’m within range of a few of them). Otherwise, really nice community approach with the wikitude.me portal! When poi’s show up this app will get 5/5 stars from me.
We cannot really say what kind of problem you have. It could either be the language selected on your iPhone which differs from wikitude.me. Do you get an URL construction error? Anyway: thanks for your hint – we are trying to improve our app!
