Ford Malaysia

One of the most expected functionalities of AR in the upcoming months is the ability to guide users when exploring new assets and products. Ford Malaysia reached out to Wikitude aiming to develop an Augmented Reality application to help customers discover the highlights of Ford vehicles and show relevant video featuring of Ford’s smart technologies.

The ‘Discover Ford App’ enabled customers to experience Smart Features through AR in their showroom, explore vehicle models, access vehicle specifications and manuals and watch videos about Ford cars. Furthermore, customers could instantly locate a Ford dealer and request a test drive on their preferred model. A loan calculator was an extra feature of the app.
