This link is pointed towards andrewsellick.com. Upon visiting the site, I received the same error as well, indicating that the problem is on Andrew’s end. The XML sitemap is still in existence http://www.andrewsellick.com/sitemap.xml, however the latest update is from 7-17-2010, which would make me think he’s possibly abandoned the site.
