Hi, I jumped as soon as I saw Wikitude’s availability for Symbian but I own a tiny Nokia 6129 Classic, which while powerful on Symbian, might not be powerful enough on the hardware side. I would still love to have such an app and therefore ask if there will ever be Wikitude for my phone, and if not, why? I would love to know the required specs for such an application. Also, I live in a South American country where I’m sure almost no information is provided for from any such app (though I’d love to be proven wrong) and would be more than willing to load such information, which would be very easy and a pleasure to me.
Hi,
Wow, it is so nice to have fans like you ;) The required specs are: GPS, compass and orientation sensors and Symbian 5th edition at the moment. But we would love to invite you to provide content as a Content Developer. I will write you an email as soon as I have further details about it!
Upcoming devices can be found here.

Have a merry Xmas, Stefano

I’d love to add as much content as I can! I would be my pleasure! I know for sure I’ll be developing for apps as soon as I become fluent in Maemo programming, so adding content would just be another way to contribute.
On a side note, I already tested the N900 and WOW! I’ll get it as soon as I can figure out what organ to donate! Honestly, as I opened the N900 box, a choir of angels appeared out of nowhere, sang the most beautiful chords and I was immediately filled with an overwhelming feeling of peace and harmony as I went from app to app and could miraculously understand the salesman fluent arab as he was trying to get me to buy said phone. What an experience!
We’re still waiting for a version that supports our S60V5 Samsung i8190 Omnia HD. Do you think that is going to happen? and if yes when?
Thx in advance!
I’m still waiting for this augmented reality that will work on my N86 Nokia.
Its already 1 1/2 month since the N97 could have it
When oh when is this going to happen for the N86?
it shouldn’t be so much of a job, is it?
hope to hear from you!
your article help me a lot for my job.
