I’m reading support will be added to Samsung OmniaHD i8910. I hope this information is correct, but I have to tell you my Samsung is a Symbian v5 device, just like Nokia N97 and N97 Mini. It’s definely not a Symbian v3.

(BTW – slight translation matter above “The following Symbian 3rd-edition devices will be supported until end of February 2010:” would mean that after that date they will NOT be supported. I think you mean to say – The following Symbian 3rd-edition devices will be supported FROM end of February 2010:” ???

@Mac: The 5800 doesn’t have the needed hardware for running WikiTude. It’s the magnetometor that is missing.

I want to test wikitude on my Nokia 6210 Navigator. Unfortunetly ovi store says, my device is not supported?! When will I get it in the ovi Store? Is there another source for downloading and testing?

hi just want to say great application as i saw this on the sony ericsson x10 (or a similar program that was on it)
anways i saw a demo of wikitude.and its a great way to view the world.
im wondering will there be a version for the sony ericsson satio (aka idou/u1)
as it also has s60v5 o.s on it like the nokia n97/mini and samsung I8910; unless there is a digitial compass issue.. anways keep up the great work

The 5800 has no built in compass, so AR applications are not possible on this phone.

Sorry, but the E71 doesn’t come with a compass (which is required for AR apps). So the E71 won’t be supported. We support all Nokia devices with a compass.

I would like to have Wikitude for HTC Desire / Google Nexus One as well. Doesn’t yet work (at least with my phone) despite the device has a compass. Keep up the good work!
